Maybe Valve is leaving the last part of the story for real life, and they started planning this back in the 80's when the LHC was first conceived. It would be the most well crafted story ever. Nobody could top that shit. Except for the inability to respawn, Half-Life in real life would be cool as hell to be able to take a guy with a gun out with a crow bar. Best game ever made? I think so.
