I do think religion and education should be seperated, but if its at the graduation, who cares? They are going into the real world. They are gonna see a lot more than the correct usage of the word Christ. If its the graduation, let them use their religion. They have to explain how they got through their years in school. Jesus, and God are 2 of the things that got them through. My main point (because i cant think, its freakin 3:35 in the morning) is that they should be able to use religion in their speech for graduation. And I agree; if there was someone else with a different religion, no problem, do whatever you want. This world is racist (and religionist? thats what i call it lol). Its only because they think this country's main religion is Christianity. So they think they should treat other religions with more respect because it will look like they are racists towards other religions, but what they dont know is, they are being racist against Christianity.
If it sounds like I dont know what Im talking about, I might have worded it wrong. I cant get back to sleep, and Im tired lol. Cantrip wrote:When I die, I want to be reincarnated as a woman's jogging bra.

as i was reading this i was thinking to myself "wow, i wish there was a way to silence christians like that in every day encounters where mics are not involved" then i realized, oh yes! just punch them in the neck and they should shut up real quick. =D Formally known as MrT The film "Brokeback Mountain" was originally pitched as an off-beat romance starring MrT and WhutDuFuk. The sole reason the two legends declined the starring roles is because if MrT and WhutDuFuk were to kiss, there would be new meaning to the word homosexual...it would mean "obligation".

For once sirus I agree with you wholly. My girlfriend's aunt is a preacher so i hear enough about God and how everyone should believe in Him. And GAL, you're a well respected part of this community and because of that i'm not going to argue theology and its effects with you because I tend to get worked up and at times very rude. But I will say this, your post really bothers me. SirCrapsalot: i just got turned down by my e boyfriend SirCrapsalot: oh fuck wrong box 3 rabbits are on a log. ... if I took you behind my woodshed... would that bother you?
I guess I'm upset with the torture and imprisonment... and sometimes the execution of Christians in other nations... simply for saying they are Christians... it's estimated there are about 2,000,000 of them. A star of "Herbie" reported this. He and his wife are trying to get as many released as possible. As a Vietnam vet, I expect certain freedoms for all Americans... ALL...
Sorry to burden you with my burden... have fun, buckos... plug your ears... God Bless America with open free speech...

I'm gonna sum this up. There's a higher power. Be it energy or some divine intelligence. This conversation is sucking hard and will only lead to anger and resentment amongst the community. Agree to disagree and move on.

Of course, Gal mentioned that many people interpret Christianity incorrectly. People who aren't really Christians claiming to be. His love for God has nothing to do with anything listed above. Regardless, this thread is over.
