No, not a thread about poop photos.

I can't poop before 9 am. It's impossible. I try and try, often times to the point of like sweating. It's like the muscles aren't relaxed enough yet. After 9, however, it hits me like a ton of bricks.

Now, see, this presents a problem. I have class at 9. I don't like pooping in public.

I've talked to someone else about this issue. They agree, 9am seems to be the sweet spot time when the gates unlock.

Anyone else suffer from this issue?

High fiber before bedtime? I really have nothing on this subject. Maybe you could set your clock an hour earlier. Get up, exercise, take a walk, etc. to get you moving.

I think Razor may be on to something.

When I worked at a vet's office, I was in charge of walking the dogs in order for them to do their "business."

The biggest hint that we gave to people was to actively walk their dogs in order to get things moving. Works like a charm.

One would imagine that if you took laxatives no matter what time of day or night... The brown river would burst its dam.

HAhaha
Today I was thinking about how awkward it is to be in the stall next to someone that you KNOW is taking a poo. They try to be really quiet and won't come out of the stall til you have left. Hahaahhah

But hey, everyone poops.

P.s. What school do you go to?

5PM seems to be my time, probably due to the fact that most days at 5, I have just biked up a series of steep hills laden with books and what not. Works like a charm and thank god for the cheater gear.

Side note: also a result of said hills and biking, I am getting a nice pair legs. Now if it would just work on my stomach.

the 3 C's - Coffee, Cigarette, and Crap. The first two lead to the others. Get up at around 6 or 7, pour a nice fat cup of Joe, smoke a cigar or something lighter (Virginia Slim?) and boom - the magical bowel gears start a movin.
