In-N-Out used to be better. Once they had good french fries, then they switched to peanut oil in the mid to late 1990's. Burger King has better fries now. Their milkshakes used to be better too. I don't know what they changed but you can get a better shake at Arby's or Jack in the Box. When I was growing up they weren't nearly as popular, there was usually a bit of a line but nothing like any of the times I've gone in the past decade. It could just be that my tastes in these things are atypical but I don't think In-N-Out is all that great anymore. They are good certainly, but nothing amazing. If you happen to see a Phat Burger though, go for it. You probably don't want to linger around inside too long though. Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.

In-N-Out is better than Dicks. Admittedly, I've always been extremely drunk when I've eaten Dicks and haven't had any In-N-Out at least a year. That sounds so wrong, I'm gonna just leave it there and quit this thread with this: Red Mill in Seattle is better than any of these places. Razor wrote:Killing people is good therapy.

I love Dicks, I haven't gotten a chance to go to Red Mill yet though (I don't go into the city very often). I saw Red Mill on Food Network one time though.
