Before I go on, this is somewhat of a rant about last night's crap. I am here to try and set it straight. With that said, I am not here to flame anyone, I am here to TRY and set things straight (aka no more conflict).
As you all know, yesterday, the 4 of us have left clan pDs. However, some of the people's post who left, could have been better with their posts. I am here to explain exactly why we left.
Our #1 goal was to leave on good terms. Meaning, no bullshit, unfortunately J-Town's and Elf's post have crossed that line. They know that their posts were quite immature. I am sure they'll come to this thread and prove that. With that said, I would like to apologize myself for making rather a stupid post.
I realize one of problems was the server payment. However, I did not know when the payment was remade. Had I known, we could have left earlier.
So why am I here telling this? Why did we leave? Well, I am posting here right now to TRY and set things straight. I do not want to be "hated" by anyone just because I decided to leave the clan. It was my decision, no one else's. There are plenty of "fuck you and die" posts already. Before you spam them, please understand the point of our clan. All our clan is a HL2CTF clan. We are focused on one mod, that is all. We left because HL2CTF section was not that active and competitive.
Yes, I now realize that pDs was not a competitive clan, though I did not realize it when I first joined back in September 2006. We tried getting more people in the clan involved into HL2CTF (see Elf's post few weeks to a month ago) but unfortunately that did not work. With that said, that is the goal of our clan, to be part of HL2CTF mod only. If we fail or not, should not really concern you, should it?
On another note, maybe we should not have planned this for one day, but I do not think that us leaving 1 by 1 each day would have made things better. In the end, our goal was (and still is) to leave on good terms, meaning no crap like right now. I do not want to be involved in clan drama, though it looks like I am right in middle right now. I don't know about you guys, but making enemies is the last thing I am interested in.
I am done talking about this subject. I hope you guys will let this go & move on. This conflict will get us nowhere.

Thanks for posting Nite. For my part, I would like to apologize for my provocative posts last night, as well as the disagreements I had with WDF? in an Xfire chat yesterday.
My intention was to leave on a good note. The post I made however, told a different story, and crossed the line by advertising our new server. I did not wish to create any discord between {pDs} members and SAW, but by including that line in my post I inadvertently did just that.
To Whut: I'm sorry for engaging you in argument over the period of several hours this morning. You are the leader of the clan, and by referencing a new server that may have undermined your authority.
My hope is that we can put this behind us; I do not want to make enemies with {pDs} or any other clan or its members, for that matter.

I would like to apologize to all of pds, especially WDF? and the CTF players. I did not want to leave this clan the way I did. My posts were stupid and immature, and do not give WDF? the respect he deserves. He started this great clan and is still taking time and money of his own to satisfy the needs of this group. pds is a heaven for some, but I just don't fit here. I would also like to apologize for advertising our server on the forums. It was just meant to show that we will be around for you to play with/talk to.
To the CTF players, I should have expressed my displeasure to you sooner, and should have warned you ahead of time when I had made up my mind to leave. And believe me I did not want to walk out on you like this. I just needed a fresh start. The four of us as a whole should not have waited to spring this on you at any specific date, we should have at the very least talked to WDF? before hand. We have shared some good times together, and I do not want you guys to hate me because I left pds.
I will not leave here thinking down upon any of you, even after what has been and will be said, and I hope you all can feel the same way. I think its time we all just move on from this mess. We were all Friends 48 hours ago, creating enemies will not solve anything, and I for one do not wish to be an enemy of any one of you. You guys have faced greater diversity than this, so I am confident you can get through this with class. I will do my best to make this a peaceful departure.

I think you shouldn't only be directing this situation to just the CTF players. You guys made some friends with other people than just those who play the mod, take me for example. You left the whole clan, not just the CTF division, and it hurt the whole clan, not just the CTF part. I just wish you guys would have left before I bought the whole damn game JUST to play CTF with you guys. The "golden" rule still applies now a days, "think before you speak." I personally thank all of you for apologizing, and I know we can all move on. But I still know you guys could have handled the situation better. All I can say is it's your loss, and hope to scrim with you guys in the future (if you ever play DM, which I doubt.) Good luck with SAW, I mean it, and catch you guys on the Flip Side. I'm sure from my previous posts during league season you have already seen and been able to tell that I was already unsatisfied. What I am asking right now however is that {pDs} tone down the hateful and harmful comments. For example, Cantrip's video. Maybe that's what you guys have private forums for, but this is really getting out of hand.

Alright to be honest. I agree that we should just take this and move on. I do not know the whole ordeal regarding what exactly happened besides both nite and elf calling me lazy because I did not play ctf. Anyway I think we should just let everything go. If you four want to leave then leave. Please do so instead of coming back to the forums and trying to get us to feel bad for you or something. Yes Elf we all know how you hated the fact that no one cared for ctf. You called people out on it many times.
So ciao to those who are leaving. It was fun. Especially when elf and I were cool and often changed names just to mess with each other. Take care guys.
