New guy, well-meaning but possibly st00pidly says: Why wasn't a sub-clan possible? A clan enclave? I mean, isn't it going to be really hard for SAW to find new recruits who want to exclusively play HL2CTF 1.7? Expenses and admin of The Tomb could have been shared. All sorts of things could have been figured out. {pDs [CTF1.7div]} Countries have states and provinces, right? ok, I'll shut up now

All sorts of things could have been figured out. {pDs [CTF1.7div]} Countries have states and provinces, right? ok, I'll shut up now the problem is that the fan base for ctf is so small already that its hard to find people that play regularly that aren't already part of a clan. it won't be any easier/harder for them to recruit for their new clan as opposed to when they were a part of pDs. as for the expenses for the tomb server, very few people were actually donating anyway, so thats why whut had to cut back. whut pays for these servers out of his own pocket, so he made the decision to shut down a server for a mod thats really on its last leg. to be honest, i kinda agree with his decision to shut that one down as opposed to the others even though i'm one of the few that actually still play that mod. but a few people had a difference of opinion and drama insued.
