From my experience its a mix of everything and a members posts should only come into question if it degrades the community as a hole. We all remember a few months back some of my posts were completely out of line and I were a prime example of what was disrupting the community. Griz may be immature but from what Ive read his behavior has been humorous and never been out of line.
Given all these things we need to confront griz, give him a week to tell us his side of the story cast a revote then when we hear both sides of the story. We seem to be jumping the gun, or we have been left without enough details.
