so i finally broke down and bought a new tv yesterday. I got me a Pioneer ELITE 50" 1080p model. I have to say its the most gorgeous tv i have ever seen in my life. i got it wall mounted this morning and hooked my ps3 and surround sound to it and i'm loving it. my previous tv was a JC Penney special that was about 30 years old. It had a whopping 15" screen that might have been good for its day, but i really needed a new tv. i know that i won't be able to afford a new tv for another few years, so i figured i would get top of the line now and it should stay current longer. i'm just happy right now and i thought i would share my joy with you guys.

That is sweet. Wish I had the cash/space for one. I'm actually going to be buying a TV in the next week or two, who makes a good flatscreen thats like 26-32"? Also, I'm trying to spend around or under 600. get your ass to mars

The TV was less than a month old and my little brother went into my room without permission and played my Wii without permission. I came home, went to turn on my new TV and then start jumping up and down stomping and screaming hysterically and uncontrollably for the next few minutes. When I had calmed down I just said, "Congratulations, you have just bought yourself a new broken TV." I now have a 10 inch larger TV in my room. nice this tv is actually too big for the size of my room (if thats actually possible), but it will stay with me for a while (thats the plan).
