TV's are never too big for your room. Ever. Unless you're my girlfriend... and then suddenly your tv is in the living room. And that's bullshit. I had a 56 inch in my bedroom until I lost that battle. Anyway, congratulations on the new screen!

You can get rid of burn in on plasmas. How much wood would a woodchuck chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Oopsie wrote:You can get rid of burn in on plasmas. yup, that is true. also there is a feature on my tv that moves the picture ever so slightly (i didn't even know it was on) so that it will reduce burn in. i also set things up so that if the signal doesn't change (like i pause my game) for 15 minutes, the screen will shut off. But like Oopsie said, there is a program that i can run in my menu that will get rid of a burn in. i think i takes like an hour or something then it will automatically go into stanby mode when its done. I get my DirecTV set up this saturday morning, so i can't wait for that. Finally get to watch my hockey games in HD without having to hijack my friends tv and preventing them from watching their recorded episodes of the price is right and family feud. i swear, i'm spending too much time playing with my new tv and assasins creed and not enough time finishing my map
