Nice! It wasn't a suprise... I mean, the Heavy needs an upgrade more than any other class that hasn't gotten it, really. Also, from what I've seen, there's only 1 or 2 heavies in every game, if even that. That's probably another reason why they're doing the Heavy now.

Boy, am I going to look forward to everyone being a Heavy when the update comes out, whenever it does.

I remember when heavy used to be fun. That was right around the time the medic update came out, and lasted for about a week...

well i have to say that I like the way Valve is filling in players on the development. I'd much rather get an understanding of how they decide what goes in and what doesn't rather then just knowing "this is next".

I think equally as important though, is knowing if everybody is happy with the way these updates are being delivered. So are you a fan of the 'one class at a time' updates? Do you think they throw off TF2's crucial balance? Would you rather have seen all classes get an update at once? Is there another way of delivering the updates that Valve should have tried?
You wanna take this to Fuck Town?

I like what's going on now, but a surprise 2-at-once would be nice. Just to change it up and so that there isn't a period of time in which 85% of all TF2 players worldwide are the same class.

I hate the one at a time as much as I hate friend tomato's. I'm not sure I want to say balance....but it definitly does throw things out of whack for awhile.

I'd like to see paired updates to make things interesting. Say.....heavy and spy, sniper and engy, soldier and scout....things that can at least to some degree balance each other out. The one at a time thing is what drove me out of the game in the first place.....and though i'm still playing, I have no issue going and grabbing a game of COD4 if the server is clogged with pyros, or now the fat guy from with the backne.

If Heavy is next, I guess I'm gonna have to break out the ol' butterfly knife for a couple of very happy weeks.  I'm gonna guess brass knuckles are the first unlockable, lol (F.Y.I. I'm in the shadows behind you!).

A smile is brought to my face thinking about the 12 fat ball's of fire from a quick on his feet pyro.  Of course the pyro will die but not before the fat is burning.

I know I am way above average on heavy, but I really don't have problems with anyone except spies and snipers, and the occasional demoman.
You stupid pyros don't frighten me unless you sneak up behind me and I don't see you.

Why isn't there 5-9 heavy? LAWL cause there's snipers and spy ready to take you out! Kritzkrieg to take you out as well. Not only that your the slowest class and I rather uber the sniper than you :/

Heavy is meh, I think it's fine. Pyro is probably the only one that was seriously hurting which is fixed now. I think spy deserves it more then heavy. A nooby heavy can still do it's job but a nooby spy is dead weight for the team.
