BTW if you "glitch" in Omaha you are perm banned. Isn't this just an exploit, a defect in a map? Why should this be looked at any different. Twitchy's right, go fuck up someone else's server.
This is a video game, you know for fun. It ain't much fun when someone is cheating, exploiting, whatever you want to call it.

Hmm. If you mean the conditional vote, I was going to vote no unless Tuna complied with some requirements. If he did, he would get a free vote. I changed it twice and he couldn't live with the conditions. I probably would have changed it again to shorten the time. Anyway, his pride would not allow him to go around saying he was my killtoy and he declined my offer. So I voted no as a default position, but would have voted yes because he's good. He's in [VSDS] or whatever clan that is that gets accused of hacking because they're that good.

If you unban him, you might as well unban everyone else, cause its unfair. What if you couldnt spray things anymore, would everyone who had sprayed porn be unbanned?? He broke the rules and should face the consequences. Yes, he has probably learned his lesson, but i bet everyone else who has been banned has also learned their lesson. Why should he get unbanned and have a poll, because he is in VDuS?? There shouldnt have been a poll in the first place.Heat Repeat!!!

yeah, i feel the same way. i don't think he should be any more special then any other person that got banned on this server. i understand people that get banned can come here and ask to be unbanned, but there should be some sort of good reason why you get unbanned. the fact is tuna was banned once. then he got unbanned, then he acted like a little kid and got banned again. not too many people get unbanned in the first place, so i don't se why he should be unabnned for a second time when he will just continue doing what he usually does. he is only like 14, so his maturaty level isn't that high. that is why i'm saying that he won't change. its not his fault, its just that 14 year olds usually just don't have the ability to do it. there are some that can and thats cool, but tuna has proved on multiple occasions that he isn't one of them.

If he asked nicely to be unbanned, then unban him. He wasnt doing anything that was all that off the wall to beguin with.

he already had a second chance and blew it. I can't believe this community is seriously tied with giving him a THIRD chance to be a childish prick. Ban him from the forums, and keep him banned from the servers. Were's our self respect? Oh but he's a good player, tough shit. He was banned TWICE! TWICE! already, and now you're just going to let him play so that he can get banned for a third time and then spam the forums like he did last time. christ. whut, lock this thread this is retarded, live up to your own standards. I don't know too much about the situation, so I don't know if he really cheated or not, but I have seen some of vdus seagulls moves and they are exploits and not cheats, so if banning him was based on the exploits then I don't think that it was just. I remember reading some of his posts on the forums and I can see how you guys have an issue with that.
As for him calling you guys for 1 on 1's; can't you just ignore him?
I dunno, I personally voted yes to let him back in, but I don't really care.
All in all, it's so damn close I think Whut should just decide.

I think having the propensity to cheat or use exploits says alot...yea he says 1 vs 1 all the time...but does he have no skill without the "cheats"? I mean you use them to gain some unfair advantage over everyone else and that is bull...no matter what.
It takes the fun out of the game and because of the exploits it ruins it for all...

In regards to your question Peepin, yes, Tunafish is a very skilled player when he's not flying around the top of the map as fast as a speedhack(fixed now). Now if he would have just not hit his Y key to chat and act like a little cocksmoker I'd have a completely different opinion on the guy. Since he talks big shit, cocksmoker he remains.
