Usually, I don't like to be this confrontational. But let me throw this out there:
Fuck no. And fuck ErkDog. If I had my way, He would never be unbanned in the first place.
Yes, the guy is easy to laugh at, but all of these situations are generally at someone else's expense.
After the first time I was banned from a given community, I would pretty much assume that those people don't want me around any more. Apparently this is beyond Erkdogs comprehension.

I will give him one thing with an example. The other night he was on and kept talking smack about shooting sperm in someone's ear. I listened to it and realized there was no end to it. I told him to knock that crap off and he did. He may have started it back when I left but at least he respected me enough to stop.

I voted to unban him because while I don't at all agree with what he said and understand how any Jewish person might take offense at it, the very definition of free speech is the right to say things that others might disagree with or be offended by. I also realize that this being a private community and not a function of the U.S. government, First Amendment protection isn't technically applicable, and we can ban whomever we like for whatever reason. However, that whole Constitution thing generally laid out some good principles and reasons for them, so unless someone is doing something on the forums that rises to the level of the real world "yelling 'Fire' in a crowded theater," I would stand firmly behind a policy that allows anyone to say anything. Those who do not like it can ignore it or, even better, rebut it and make clear their displeasure. All we have on these forums is our reputations, so let any man soil his as he likes. To reiterate what I stated in the thread that started all this, silencing ErkDog because what he said offended some people is the height of political correctness. Man I actually like Erk, he's a character. But he would say things just to stir shit. The other day he was being 'erk' on the mike. I personally don't mind but a lot of people tell him to 'calm down' or 'shut up'. At the sake of keeping our servers calm/civil, I think keeping him out is a good idea.

You know I voted to unban, First off a complaint from a gut that only registered the day before his post????? Fly by whiner. My opinion, and yes I tell it like it is. sorry due to some of us older members have been known to make fun of everything, [sS] clan for example or good old Hurley I am not sure when people became so untolerant it is just a game, Do you all believe that he is also responsible for the mass killings in Iraq or Iran? give me a break Unban him

And that matters why? they are servers open to the public, I have a fun playing with Erk, sadly because its stupid and funny at the same time. but you can choose to ignore him and play. Do you play on other servers? there are 8 million other people with more offensive nicks, but it happens to be a way of expression. which is a first amendment right. besides I have more offensive shirts I wear in public and get the craziest looks from everyone.

I don't have any desire to see him unbanned. He..frankly..erks me. The offensive nature doesn't bother me, but he reminds me of an old roommate I had where the persistence is what grinds on you after a while.

Frankly he is a pathetic idiot who ruins a server and drives people away every fucking time he gets on one and opens his mouth. Hmm wonder how many potential new regulars he drives away from the servers, but hey he has free speech so who cares about what he does to the community right?

I voted to unban just because most of the time he is harmlessly funny. And everytime I have asked him to shut up or stop a certain comment he has done so. There was one time i had to silence him for a few minutes...but he apologized and shut up with the talk after i let the silence lift.
To each his own though.....Im not gonna lose sleep if he is never unbanned.
