Thanks Charc. I was thinking the exact same thing about the dated appearance of the Dodge (the dash looks dated also). meh, i love cars and have many different subscriptions to multiple car magazines. But what we all probably know is that for every article that hails a car, there are probably 3 others out there that bash it. besides this review is 3 years old. i believe all the (american) trucks have been redsigned/upgraded since that article. at least i know the ford was last year and the silverado is all new this year...and well...nobody cares about dodge  it all comes down to personal taste and which one fits you best. they all have their strengths and weaknesses. there are very few cars/trucks out there that dominate in every aspect of the competition (like the corvette).

The Titan's engine was upgraded this year as well. However look at the American models and tell me how old the body designs are. I can tell you right now that Dodge has been using that same design since the mid 90's. The main point is that when that article came out it was the first year for the Titan and look how well it did in the comparison. I think the introduction of the Titan woke up the big 3. Now this year Toyota upgraded the Tundra - not sure how it will perform though. All I know is that the numbers don't lie. My point wasn't that the Nissan 5.6L isn't a good engine. I am not even saying a 5.7L Dodge Ram is better than the Nissan truck. The point is that domestic trucks aren't "horrendous" in any aspect when compared to imports. Just keeping this liberal-leaning forum "fair and balanced." The link for the trucks that were tested in what 2004? was it, but anyways were thay were talking about useing the trucks for working truck i never have seen a Nissan truck at any work site around here. mostly dodges and a little fords maybe a chevy or 2. BUt that is around were i live also. Just depends on were you live i guess.
And the video of the cars crashing into each other how dumb do you have to be to drive on ice like that and on a hill of all things? I mean the people had to have know they were walking on ice to get to the cars. then try to drive down a hill, i love that after they start slideing they hit there brakes like it will stop them, maybe slightly slow them down.
