Considering Saudi Arabia is an opec nation... I look at it in a different light then other importers. And also.. look at how low the numbers from Iraq are..

The part that hurts McCain the most, is he cannot use the argument Obama isn't experienced enough to be President. Heck, none of them are since neither of them have been President. But Palin was only Governor for 2 years, so he cannot say Obama isn't experienced enough. Especially when it comes up to her stepping in if/when McCain dies in office.
What's bad about drilling for oil?

I'm voting for Obama because he has half a brain when it comes to the energy policy, as opposed to McCain, who acts like ethanol is a new invention, and furthermore the most viable solution for independence from foreign oil. And even when it comes to ethanol, he's never even heard of a little plant called switchgrass, thinking he's going to build an ethanol empire from corn and sugarcane. Wind and solar power can fuel a future of electric cars, which are on average 10 times more efficient than combustion vehicles anyway. And Obama promises 5 million jobs as a byproduct of his plans to fix the energy crisis, which is always cool. My comment about sucking things is more about the manner in which Palin has been suddenly dragged into this campaign. Sure, she does look like a whore in some of her photos, but she is also whoring herself out to McCain. She doesn't have the experience or the brains that most people would like, but she's young and cute, and McCain feels that's all she needs to be. So where is Obama gonna get all this money from? :)

Gee, not sure where to begin.
I guess for starters, since she wants to drill in Alaska where there are polar bear preservations, and since they are an endangered species, and not growing in population as much as she would like to think (global warming melting polar ice caps so bears drown, etc.) it would kill more of them.
Offshore drilling is, well, i hope i dont have to explain the mess that would be, i mean with spilling oil and what that does to the oceans. But also consider a good portion of the ocean, especially along the shores, are dying or dead. Some from oil spill and drilling in the past, and some new cases. Like near Louisiana and other places that have flooded. We've used fertilizer on land, which when flooded, leaked into the ocean. The fertilizer causes algae to grow super fast, and then the faster sea life move to deeper waters (like shrimp) but the slower life forms suffocate. So to add oil spills and the machinery to drill, plus the tampering of the ocean floor, which displaces sea life, and... well you get the idea.
And on and on and on. It's just bad.
There are plenty of sources you can read about if you wish to investigate further.

The obvious answer.......but not the one which he is going to use..... From the military...... Suffers from the acute onset of paranoia in otherwise normal people in reaction to the policies, the presidency — nay — the very existence of George W. Bush

Actually, private funding is a huge contributor. If you go to his website, or sign up for e-mail, you too can be bombarded with requests for donations.
I haven't seen any military funding...
I don't see why that would happen. Haliburton doesn't like to share.

Err okay. I must have misread something. Sorry.
Richard asked where Obama is going to get all his money, and you wrote from the military. I took it as meaning that's where he gets it from. I didn't see a 'should' there and didn't think it was implied. But then it's 8 AM and I haven't slept as I found out two friends died in a car accident with a light post and their dog is in the doggie hospital as well as some unknown female friend that was riding in the back seat that is in serious condition at the people hospital. I'm hungry. I think I'll go to Taco Bleh. Well... bye. If you support John McCain and/or George W. Bush, please click here.“I would like to say to Milton and Anna: Regarding the Great Depression. Oh, I see now! Totally my fault. I forgot in some sectors of Hyclon in the ancient dialect of Klaa, "but not the one which he is going to use" means "should". Such as when you want to have sex with your girlfriend, you would say "we but not the one which he is going to use have sex tonight". Makes perfect sense. lol
Just kidding!
But you are right about McCain not being a good candidate. He's bad news indeed.
Have a nice day!

I sigh a lot. I feel depressed a lot. I am reminded why I didn't go to the beach or somewhere this summer. I am reminded why we cannot let McCain win. Pissed? Yeah. But not enough to drill for it where we should not be drilling.
