This update is the worst to date...and don't give me that shit about give them some time to fix it...its called beta testing. Axtinguisher not critting 100% Natasha with no slow-down Unlocked unlockables not working SPY CRITS CRASH SERVER Good god...and when I first started playing I thought the worst was the new weapons themselves.

The new weapons suck balls! The B-ball for the scout is kinda cute at first but really takes no skill at all to use and is total bs when outgunned. As a matter of fact IMO the stun b-ball is the worst piece of shit add on I have ever seen to a game. STEAM took a character that use to take a little skill and turned it into a flippin comic strip wanna-be. There are so many other things STEAM could have done to enhance the scout. I mentioned it in the server last night and I'll reiterate it here...it seems copped out and created a bunch of gimmick weapons. I think they suck and I don't have any of em.

They are kinda stupid but if you think about it, they encourage teamwork a lot. Stun someone with a baseball and get a sniper an easy kill. Use the drink and distract sentries and people while teammates rush in. The only thing I don't like is how the Force A Nature has gigantic damage and can just kill most classes except the Heavy in those 2 shots. It gets the Heavy to red, plus the knockback is annoying as hell. Also the update page LIED it said Very Slow Reload, except it reloads about as fast as 1 shell reload of the Scattergun. I think the Scout should put the shells in 1 at a time, and slowly like it said it would be.

I, K_Buz, hereby promise not to make any more comments on how much I HATE this update and think Valve has ruined a skillful class with their gimmick weapons unless provoked til I start twitching. At that point I am allowing myself to speak up for a class who has just been invaded by noob scouts who mistakenly think they are actually a good scout. I am also extending this to future horrible character updates as I expect the unlocks to get more gimmicky with every update. Signed, K_Buz

It's not spy crits that crashes tempest servers. I've been to other servers doing back stabs a lot and it has not crashed once. It might be a broken mod thats causing the crashes. BTW, Goldrush server can't get past waiting for player set up time. Once it's done it loses connection with you.
The upgrades isn't that horrible. They just need nerfing.
The past few weapon upgrades has not made noob players feel pro...
The heavy has 0 impact on the heavy
The pyro has 0 impact on the pyro
The medic has 1 impact on the medic (lol bluts...)
The scout is just a fad and a slight increase in scouts which is better than not seeing any scouts doing nothing and not landing kills or knowing what to do.

I would say medic was made much better by the upgrades. The blutsager has potential to save your life, the kreitz, when used wisely can be very useful and the best upgrade anyone has gotten yet, the Ubersaw is the medics new best friend (sorry heavy). 4 hits gets you an uber and most people here know how annoying 2 good melee medics can be ubering eachother for 4-5 ubers, lol. The point is, this isn't "new" it is however a modification that fucked up an old game. Anytime STEAM comes out with some kind of update they seem to fuck something up whether it crashes a server or just screws up the gameplay.
