Because this isnt baseball.  Rules are clearly stated, and you get one "strike" and you're out.  He was lucky enough to get a second chance, and he screwed it up. 

Let me put it to you this way, if your girlfriend fucked a guy and then you dumped her ass as you should, and then she begged for you to come back, and you did, then she went and did it again, and then told you that you were a pile of shit anyway, would you really be stupid enough to take her back?  Same concept different situation.  I for one know I wouldnt ever be stupid enough to get conned into it a 3rd time.  So lets save whut and the rest of the admins the headache of having to watch him like a hawk (because if he gets back in, which it looks like he will, they're GOING to do that.)

History will repeat itself, hell craps got back in and then was temporarily banned for x amount of time for posting out of boredom, which then led to a thread about him being banned from the clan entirely.  You think we're going to be anymore lenient on someone who acted the way Tuna_Can did?  No.  If he so much as breathes the wrong way the ban hammer is going to go his way.  I say keep him banned save everyone else the headache.  Including Tuna_Can.  But, it doesnt really look like what i say matters.  So fuck it.

Look, Sadistical, you seem like a down to earth guy.  You are however, missing my original point.  He did the crime and has to do the time.  However the powers that be decided to put it up to a vote.  I thought it would be a landslide "No" instead we have a tie.  And as such, the tie goes to the winner.  I don't care if he can or can't do it, the fact remains that he did and was punished for it.  If you can't follow the rules don't bother asking for forgiveness.  He got lucky this time.  But if I had it my way, I'd keep him out of the server as per the conditions set by Whut and the rest of the admin team.  And because of all of this commotion here, we'll probably see banned people coming out of woodwork saying "Well Tuna_Can got back in, why can't I?"  That's right, because Tuna will have successfully invalidated our rules for yet another time.  Thank you Tuna, thank you oh so very much.
