There is only about 4 hours left in the poll, so it looks like Tuna Can will get his way. Just want to say that if I ever get banned for cheating and what not I will also expect a second chance WITHOUT a poll, and if i get banned after that I will just come on here, say im sorry blah blah blah, and get unbanned because of a poll. Because I would assume that you guys wouldn't have double standards..............

Edit: What I am trying to say is that if he gets unbanned, then everyone else will come and say "well tuna can got unbanned" (as camel stated). Your standards shouldnt chagne for just one person, because I find it unfair for everyone else who got banned but didnt even get a second chance let alone a poll. I am done with this topic (for the time being lol)

Indeed, But  Physocolgy infact over rules this. When someone makes a mistake, They tend to do this at least one more time.. See, before, he didn't really care if he could play on your server, because infact, none of us played there :D now me and seagull do often, and he misses out... Before , he basicly had no reason not to get banned, now he would hold it in a little higher regard. However that just adds on to the whole formula, See, It is human nature to do wrong more then once...Somewhat of like drinking and driving... You get a DUI, you'll most likly get a second one(as do many people i know, including my parents)...  However, you don't want that third one, because  your licenence to drive it gets taken away forever, no second/third/forth/ chances etc. Kinda the same cercumstances here... See, the Jury is at fault of coming up with the verdict, should he drive? or should he not drive... they over rule him to win. The driver, wouldn't be stupid enough to lose something he wants now... Therefore, he wouldn't wrong for a third time... See, He was able to drink, and drive, and get banned once... then, he did it again... but now, he holds his licence an alot higher regard...

I think a lot of you forget that he was BANNED for BUNNYHOPING his second ban.

Being banned for bhoping is like being banned from a league for shotting your gun... Bhoping comes hand in hand if you want to be good.

You fail to realize His second ban shouldn't have  even occured... every time i go to your server i bhop... After all , seagull has shown you guys his bhop tutorial, and thats all he was doing... and, i know many of you are trying to learn how to do it...
