Well it's not like the regular wargear early or anything, just exclusive special edition wargear only from pre-ordering. And some other preset paint colors.

More importantly, will steam offer the same, or a similar preorder offer? I would much rather buy it off steam than gamestop. I fucking hate that place.

One thing I think is important and completely destroys the functionality of the space marine armor is the fact that they cannot scratch any itch on thier body. Additionally, thier huge shoulderpads would prevent them from raising thier arms above thier heads.
