Just look at my avatar... That's how close to Cheney I was last night on Warpath. Just kept feeding him kritzkriegs. But all you can do as a medic is ride coattails...that's your job. XD I'd like to add...I can't speak for anyone else, but I always, always, click random. In fact, I'm often auto-balanced to the losing team if people jump ship to the winning side. Furthermore, last night I joined following jasespots and I ended up being opposed to him for most of the maps.

Again I dont care about team imbalance as it doesnt affect me. I'm just concerned that some players would be put off by the stack of regulars. While I agree with Endyss we can't stop the community from teaming up I would like to point out if you're on an imbalanced team and you know its imbalanced please switch teams. Thats what Im really trying to address here. I'm the leetest one here

Much like everyone else that has posted, I don't see any issue w/ the screenshot but to sum up Endyss's god awful long post for the TLDR people, we should all agree that if one team is getting mass steamrolled...whether it be made up of regulars or PUG ppl then you should make an effort to switch teams (most times people do this anyways....cause what fun is it to constantly win a map in 2 min)
I do have to admit when I join a server Giller is playing on, I make a huge effort to be on his team. One he's my brother so it makes it more fun and two I'll actually listen to him and I hope (he better damn well) listen to me when it comes to teamwork. That is unless we piss each other off then its fun to be on opposite teams
I doubt there is a way to effectively put down a black and white rule on this issue, its going to happen, new and old people on the server are going to feel like its stacked at some point. Just last week I got pissed cause we were getting rolled but only because the other team was actually using teamwork. Nothing pisses you off more to see an even amount of all heavies and all medics steamrolling the shit outta you lol...

Yeah I care enough to be a voice for those who may not have the courage to post something about it. Honestly it doesn't affect me at all I just play on whatever team I'm assigned to I could care less if that team is being rolled. What I do care about though is severe imbalance that could scare people away. To stroke my e-peen a bit I'm leet enough to pretty much work anybody mono e mono when Im trying, so it doesnt bother me personally when theres a severe imbalance but for the millionth fucking time we can all agree it sucks to play on empty servers so going out of our way collectively to make the Tempests welcoming for all would be great. Don't ever accuse me of lying again either noobsauce. I'm the leetest one here
